Delivery Policy

All items are handmade to order. Due to high order numbers there is usually an approximate wait time of 2 weeks. This can increase around busy periods (High Summer & Christmas). 

Keep an eye on the announcement bar at the top of the home page, as we update the next available slots in the order book on there. 

Once you have placed your order we will contact you with the date that it will be made & posted. 

If you need your order quickly please send us a message and we will do our best to help. We usually keep a couple of spaces aside for urgent orders. 

 

UK POSTAGE 

First Class Large letter parcels are £3 Clips, Bobbles and Bows on Clips). These are sent with Royal Mail, and will take 1-2 days once it has been sent. 

We also now offer Second Class postage as an option, which is £1.95. This will take 3-4 days once we have sent your parcel. 

Small parcels (Crowns and items on hard Alice head bands) are £4.60. These are sent with Evri or Royal Mail.

If an order is over £50 we will cover the extra postage to send it recorded. 

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING 

Large letter parcels are £6 for USA and £4.50 for Europe (Clips, Bobbles and Bows on Clips).

Small parcels (Crowns and items on hard Alice head bands) are £10 for USA and £6.50 for Europe.

If an order is over £50 we will cover the extra postage to send it recorded.
